Create your memorable Validation Stories to use at your interviews and recruiter screens. Build rapport with your interviewer and discuss your terrific qualifications. Course includes 3 sessions 1:1 with Linda, action items, samples, discovering your top eight skills and strengths.
Course 3:
INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES & PRACTICE
You worked so hard to get the interview, now maximize the opportunity! Strategies reviewed; practice to help reduce stress; difficult questions tackled; feedback and tips to continually improve. Course includes 3 sessions 1:1 with Linda, action items, interview documents, templates, and a mock interview.
Course 4:
WORKING WITH RECRUITERS
How to be found; summarizing your key skills; following up with value add; recruiter sources; tailoring your materials for the recruiters; and insights into how recruiters use LInkedIn. Course includes 3 sessions 1:1 with Linda, action items, resources, templates, and samples.
Course 5:
TARGET LIST DEVELOPMENT
How to tap into the Hidden Job Market; using LinkedIn as a reverse “look up”. By the end of this course you will have a target list of competitors and clones of your desired companies within the parameters you set (Distance from home, size, region, revenues, specialties, industry, …) Course includes 3 sessions 1:1 with Linda, action items, excel lists of companies, resources, and sample approach letters.

LINKEDIN LIKE A PRO
Build your brand; grow your network; establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert; learn what goes into your LinkedIn profile (HINT: It’s NOT a cut and paste of your resume!) Course includes 3 sessions 1:1 with Linda, action items, samples, and resources.
